At Islamabad Auctioneers, we strive to provide transparent and reliable services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be issued if:
- The customer was charged incorrectly.
- The purchased item is unavailable.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The transaction was processed due to a verified system or administrative error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to inspect the item before purchase (where inspection was allowed).
- Damage or defects disclosed before the sale.
- Any auction purchase marked “As Is, Where Is.”
4. Refund Process
Customers requesting a refund must:
- Contact Islamabad Auctioneers within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide proof of payment and transaction details.
- Submit any supporting documents if requested.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Right to Refuse
Islamabad Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
